The ambassador programme

A SHIRAA ambassador is a student or graduate who carries the initiative to their university and city, and earns a certificate, a seat at the final, and priority for incubation places.

What does an ambassador do?

  1. Introduces

    Runs one intro session at their university or community during registration.

  2. Gathers

    Helps solo registrants form teams with complementary skills.

  3. Relays

    Relays participants' questions to the organisers and brings answers back.

  4. Documents

    Shares the stories of teams from their university on initiative channels.

What do they get?

  • An EMC-accredited ambassador certificate with a unique ID.
  • A seat at the final session and direct access to partners and sponsors.
  • Priority for their team in incubation seats.
  • Membership of the EMC professional community and a reference on request.
